Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. MAG mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • ½ tsp. chili powder
  • ½ tsp. peppercorns
  • 2 large tortillas
  • 2 small tortillas
  • 2 tostadas (crispy corn tortillas)
  • MAG Spicy Ranch mayonnaise
  • MAG Ranch dressing
  • ⅓ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tomato, diced
  • Iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. cooking oil

Directions

  1. Dice the chicken.
  2. In a bowl, mix the spices and mayonnaise. Add the chicken and coat well.
  3. In a frying pan over medium-high, heat 1 tbsp. oil and add the chicken to cook.
  4. To assemble the wrap:
    1. Spread some MAG Spicy Ranch mayonnaise
      on the large tortilla, then add a few pieces of cooked chicken and the grated cheese.
    2. Add one tostada, some MAG Ranch dressing, lettuce and tomatoes, then top with one small tortilla.
    3. Fold the large tortilla over the top
  5. In a frying pan with some hot oil, grill the wrap on both sides.
  6. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
