- 1 tortilla
- 30 ml (2 tbs) tomato sauce
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 15 ml (1 tbs) grated Parmesan cheese
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) arugula
- 30 ml (2 tbs) fresh basil leaves
- 30 ml (2 tbs) butter
- 1 clove garlic, grated
Directions

- Preheat the oven to broil.
- Cook the chicken in an air fryer according to the package instructions.
- Once the chicken is cooked, add the tomato sauce, followed by the mozzarella.
- Broil the chicken in the oven until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- In a skillet, melt the butter, then add the garlic and heat for a few minutes.
- Brush the tortilla with the melted butter and grill it in a skillet.
- Fill the tortilla with the chicken, arugula, basil, and Parmesan, then roll the tortilla.
