Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla
  • 30 ml (2 tbs) tomato sauce
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 15 ml (1 tbs) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) arugula
  • 30 ml (2 tbs) fresh basil leaves
  • 30 ml (2 tbs) butter
  • 1 clove garlic, grated

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to broil.
  2. Cook the chicken in an air fryer according to the package instructions.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked, add the tomato sauce, followed by the mozzarella.
  4. Broil the chicken in the oven until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  5. In a skillet, melt the butter, then add the garlic and heat for a few minutes.
  6. Brush the tortilla with the melted butter and grill it in a skillet.
  7. Fill the tortilla with the chicken, arugula, basil, and Parmesan, then roll the tortilla.
