Ingredients

Rolls :


  • 454 g thawed phyllo dough
  • 500 g Exceldor chicken breast or thigh (300 g cooked pulled chicken)
On sale
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 5 bacon strips, cooked

Sauce :

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp plain greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 425°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a reusable silicone sheet.

  3. In a bowl, combine the chicken with mayonnaise, plain yogurt, dried cranberries, chives, and bacon.
  4. Place on spread-out phyllo dough. Roll up and slice.
  5. Place the rolls on the baking sheet. Cook for 15-17 in the oven. Serve with the mayonnaise.

Mayonnaise

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Serve with the rolls. Don’t hesitate to double up the recipe!
