- 4 tbsp (60 ml) maple syrup
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) old-style mustard
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Bas-du-Fleuve salted herbs

- In a large bowl, combine maple syrup, mustard, oil, and salted herbs. Add the chicken and coat well.
- Preheat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Place the chicken in the pan without adding fat. Cook for 5 minutes without moving to brown the first side.
- Flip, brush with the remaining marinade, and continue cooking for 5 to 7 minutes over medium heat, turning once more if needed to caramelize the glaze. Cook until the chicken is nicely browned and cooked through.
- Serve immediately, in a burger or wrap, or with a garden salad.
