- 1 lime
- 1 tbsp. (15 ml) vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. (15 ml) chili seasoning
- 1 tsp (5 ml) garlic powder
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Directions

- Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and make diagonal cuts every 1 cm, without cutting all the way through.
- In a bowl, squeeze the lime. Add the oil, chili seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well. Add the chicken and coat thoroughly. Let rest for 5 minutes while you preheat the air fryer to 200 °C (400 °F).
- Place the chicken in the basket, cut side down, without overlapping. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Flip the chicken, brush with the remaining marinade, and continue cooking for 5 to 7 minutes, until the chicken is nicely golden.
- Transfer to a serving plate, drizzle with lime juice, sprinkle with cilantro, and serve or add to rice, tacos, or a salad.
