Buffalo Maple Chicken
4 Exceldor Chicken Breasts- Chicken seasoning, to taste
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) butter
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) cayenne hot sauce
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) maple syrup
For the Ranch-style Sauce
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) sour cream
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) onion powder
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) dried dill
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- A little milk, as needed, to adjust texture
Directions

- Preheat the grill to 400°F.
- Season the chicken with chicken seasoning.
- Grill the chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the hot sauce and maple syrup. Simmer for 2 to 4 minutes.
- Toward the end of cooking, brush the chicken breasts with the sauce and turn to coat both sides.
- Mix all ranch sauce ingredients together.
- Top the chicken breasts with homemade ranch sauce and chopped green onions.
