4 Exceldor spiced breaded chicken breasts, uncooked
- 4 croissants
- 1 litre (4 cups) shredded romaine lettuce
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) Caesar dressing
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) grated Parmesan cheese

- Preheat the oven to 205 °C (400 °F).
- Cook the chicken breasts according to the package instructions until crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165 °F (74 °C) using a meat thermometer. Remove from the oven and set aside.
- Cut croissants in half lengthwise.
- lace the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and warm in the oven for 3 to 4 minutes.
- In a bowl, toss the lettuce with the dressing and Parmesan cheese. Season generously with pepper.
- Place one crispy chicken breast on the bottom half of each croissant, top with the Caesar salad, then close with the top half. Serve immediately.
