Ingredients

  • 4 croissants
  • 1 litre (4 cups) shredded romaine lettuce
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) Caesar dressing
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  2. Cook the chicken breasts according to the package instructions until crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165 °F (74 °C) using a meat thermometer. Remove from the oven and set aside.
  3. Cut croissants in half lengthwise.
