Crispy Chicken Buffalo Wrap with Ranch Dressing and Crudités

Ingredients

  • 2 large wheat tortillas
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of plain Greek yogurt
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of mayonnaise
  • The juice of 1 lime
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • A small bunch of fresh dill, chopped
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of Buffalo sauce (or to taste)
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of melted butter
  • 1 small romaine lettuce heart, washed and cut into thin strips
  • 2 celery stalks, cut into sticks
  • 2 carrots, cut into sticks

Directions

  1. Cook the chicken pieces and the chicken wings according to the cooking instructions.
  2. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, the mayonnaise, the lime juice, the garlic, and the dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine the buffalo sauce and the melted butter.
  4. Once cooked, brush the chicken wings and the panko chicken pieces with the buffalo sauce mixture.
  5. Add a small amount of the yogourt sauce and the lettuce to each tortilla, then arrange the crispy chicken pieces in Buffalo sauce.
  6. Fold in the edges of the tortilla and roll tightly to form a wrap. Cut in half to serve.
  7. Serve the Buffalo wraps with the cooked chicken wings, the vegetables, and the rest of the yogourt sauce.
