Ingredients

CHICKEN BURGER PATTIES


  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

SPICY MAYONNAISE

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, finely chopped

GARNISH

  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 tsp. fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients for chicken burger patties and shape mixture into four densely packed patties. Refrigerate.
  2. Combine all ingredients for spicy mayonnaise and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat, then cook patties 4 to 5 minutes per side or until well cooked in the middle.
  4. Toast buns.
  5. To serve, spread 1 tbsp. of spicy mayo on each bun and top burgers with apple slices.
