  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
  2. Combine bell peppers, potatoes, corn, olive oil, and chili seasoning in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper and mix well so vegetables are well coated.
  3. Place marinated chicken breasts on a parchment-covered baking sheet along with all vegetables except green onions and bake 35 minutes, stirring vegetables occasionally.
  4. Remove from oven, cut peppers into cubes, and remove corn from cobs with a knife.
  5. Combine roasted vegetables and green onions in a big salad bowl, adjust seasoning, and drizzle with lime juice. Mix thoroughly and serve with the roast chicken breasts.
