Conventional oven

Preheat oven to 220°C/ 425°F. For best results, place on a wire rack over a tray and cook for 25 to 35 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.

Air fryer

Preheat the air fryer to 177°C / 350°F and cook for 15 to 18 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C / 165°F. Turn halfway through cooking.
