- 1 Exceldor boneless chicken breasts, poached and diced
- 2 tbsp. (30 ml) fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 stick celery, chopped
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. (30 ml) Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. (5 ml) Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
- Several arugula leaves
- Several thin radish slices
- Several toasted bread slices
