Cooking methods

Heat oven to 190°C / 375°F. Line a tray with parchment and toss the drumsticks. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Flip at halftime. Want'em crispy? Finish under the broiler.
Air fryer
Heat fryer to 190°C / 375°F. Drop the drumsticks in the basket. Cook for 20 to 22 minutes. Flip at halftime.
