Heat oven to 200°C / 400°F. Line a tray with parchment and toss the bites. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Flip at halftime. Want 'em crispy? Finish under the broiler.

Heat fryer to 190°C / 375°F. Drop the bites in the basket. Cook for 15 minutes. Flip at halftime.
