Grilled Tandoori Chicken Breasts and Indian Style Cucumber and Mango Salad

In a bowl, mix all salad ingredients and set aside 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet on high and grill marinated chicken breasts for about 4 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken breasts to a baking sheet and bake in oven for another 10 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
- Serve grilled chicken breasts with cucumber mango salad, lime wedges, and basmati rice.
