  1. Place chicken pieces in a bowl and mix with lemon juice, salt, and paprika. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix well to coat chicken with marinade.
  3. Marinate for 2 to 3 hours in refrigerator.
  4. Preheat oven to 500°F (250°C).
  5. Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Cook chicken pieces for about 20 minutes, turning them after 10 minutes.

Butter sauce

  1. Sauté ginger and garlic in ghee or butter for about 1 minute over medium heat.
  2. Add tomato puree and bring to a boil.
  3. Add garam masala, Cayenne pepper, honey, cream, and salt and  reduce a few minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in butter.
  4. Add chicken and continue cooking till chicken is hot.
