  1. Cut chicken thighs into strips.
  2. Place chicken in slow cooker. Add onion, garlic, ginger, garam masala, curry, and turmeric.
  3. In a bowl, beat coconut milk and tomato paste. Pour mixture over chicken. Season with salt and pepper and stir.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
  5. Add yogurt to slow cooker before serving and stir.
  6. Serve butter chicken on plates and garnish with coriander leaves.
