  1. Put all ingredients for the chicken in slow cooker. Cook on low heat for 4 to 6 hours.
  2. Shred chicken and set aside.
  3. In large bowl, whisk together oil, wine vinegar, and maple syrup. Add remaining ingredients for coleslaw. Refrigerate until time to serve.
  4. Heat buns and prepare burgers. Serve coleslaw as side dish or directly on burgers.

NOTE : Coleslaw is even better the next day. Prepare it a day in advance for a quick and easy weeknight dinner!
